We accept returns and exchanges if mistakes are made on our end.

- Return/exchange request is not raised within 3 days of product receiving
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Process
- Fill the return request form within applicable return window.
- WhatsApp us the defective/wrong product image and package opening video. Don't forget to mention your order id and email id.
- Allow us 24-48 hrs to process review and approval
- Once approve, we will send a link of return/exchange fee payment of Rs. 300/-
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- After the payment, within 3-4 working days delivery person will reach your door step for product pick-up
- Product will be inspected upon arrival
- Once approved, store credit or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
